Frequently Asked Questions

You can pay for your order using credit/ debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro American Express or Diners Club) or Paypal. In India, you can also use your credit or debit cards, net banking, payment wallets, UPI, EMI and pay later. 

We also have Cash on Delivery (COD) option available across major pin codes in India. 

Charges will be displayed at the currency of your choice, but the transaction will be completed in Indian Rupees based on the latest exchange rate.

Within India, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. On COD orders, there is a cash handling fee of Rs. 199.

Internationally, there is a shipping fee involved on each order, based on the weight of your order. You will get a shipping estimate at checkout. Import duties may be levied by your local government, which shall be borne by the customer while receiving the package. 

Currently we are shipping to more than 50 countries. In case you don't see your country in the list below, send us an email to so we can assist you with the order. Our international orders are shipped via Fedex, DHL or Aramex.

Import duties may be levied by your local government, which shall be borne by the customer while receiving the package. Import duties are subject to local government regulation, and cannot be charged at the time of placing the order. 

The processing times are mentioned on each product page. On average, all products are shipped out within 2-4 business days, post which delivery is completed within 3-4 business days in major cities via reputed courier companies. Cyahi is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. 

Estimated time for delivery during festival and sale season may go up to 10-15 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can track your order via this link.

As all products are made to order, please provide your order number and reason for cancellation for us to process your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email the details to

Gift cards are transferrable, but not refundable. You can share the gift card codes with your friends and family to be used.

We offer change or modification on orders once payment is made for them (within 24 hrs) by asking customers to get in touch with Customer Care at Please provide your order number and the items that need to be modified or changed in your order. 

Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will be in the form of Store Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us at any convenient time. There is a cancellation fee of 5% in case of refund request to original method of payment. 

  • No cancellations can be processed for those products are purchased during special occasions like Sale, End Of Season Sale, Stock Clearance, New Year's, Diwali, Christmas and Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not possible. The same policy applies to any product purchased by applying a coupon code.
  • Cancellations on customized products and designs, and digital products (gift cards, etc.) are not be possible due to the nature of these products. 
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Care team. The request will, however, be serviced once our warehouse has received the item. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
  • International orders are not eligible for cancellations or exchanges due to import and export duty regulations. 

In the case of apparels that are unworn and intact with all tags and labels, we offer exchanges as well as store credits. If the product doesn't fit you, please raise an exchange request here.

Only exchanges and store credits are processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and do not account for the amount of store credit.

Home decor products and accessories (bags, clutches, pouches, etc.) are non-returnable.  

In the rare case that you have received a damaged package, please share images of the package with our customer care team at within 2 days for a replacement to be processed. 

Products on discount or orders with promo code or seasonal discount applied are non-returnable.

Products on stock clearance sale may have minor defects and are non-returnable.

International orders are ineligible for a return or refund due to government duty regulations.

Please read item descriptions carefully. All product features, sizing details are mentioned on the item page. Due to differently calibrated screens, colors may vary from the actual product. Images are for representation only, all product descriptions are mentioned under Product Details of every product. Product use case may vary from person to person and cannot be defined or restricted.

In case of any exchange or return request, please connect with us within 15 days from date of delivery by email on along with your order number, reason for return and images of the product. If your return request is approved, please ship the item to the address mentioned below. Items shipped back for return and/or exchange must be unused and sent back in the package it was shipped to you in. Damaged products received at our end will not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

For all approved requests, online store credit with Cyahi is provided. Shipping charges and Government taxes are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Cyahi.¬†

  • All items sold during a sale period, end of season sale, clearance sale, or special occasion are not eligible for any return or exchange. Such products are sold as final sale and sold as-is.¬†
  • Any item(s) purchased by applying a coupon code or discount code are not eligible for a return.¬†
  • Products on stock clearance sale may have minor defects and are non-returnable.
  • The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.¬†
  • The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.¬†
  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.¬†
  • Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website and there might be some variations in colour and texture.
  • International orders are not eligible for a return or refund.
