Processing & Delivery

• Processing time for most products is within 1-5 business days, post which delivery within India is normally completed in another 3-5 days.
• Products that are on pre-order are normally available to ship within 10-15 business days, post which delivery within India is normally completed in another 3-5 days.
• Domestic logistics is done by preferred partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, EcomExpress, etc. within India. International logistics is done via Fedex, UPS, DHL, Aramex, etc.

Returns & Exchanges

• In case of Apparels, we offer exchange in sizes. If the product doesn't fit you, please raise an exchange request on returns.cyahi.com, once you receive the Return Authorization, ship us the product back with a note of your order number & size preference.
• In all other cases, if the product is not to your liking, we can offer store credit, provided the product is unused and in case of apparel unworn and intact with all the tags and labels.
• Only exchanges and store credits are processed.
• You can request a return by visiting returns.cyahi.com.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of store credit.
• Products on discount or orders with promo code or seasonal discount applied are non-returnable.
• Products on stock clearance sale may have minor defects and are non-returnable. 
• International orders are ineligible for a return or refund due to government duty regulations.
