You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). In India you can also use your debit cards and NetBanking. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery payment option on selected pin-codes within India.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free within India for all orders above Rs. 999/-.
A small convenience charge of Rs. 99/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 999/- in India.
Currently, Cyahi Design Co. ships only within India. However, international shipping is in the pipeline and we will keep you updated via our newsletter.
We process all orders with 2-3 working days and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Cyahi Design Co. is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Estimated time for delivery during festival and sale season is 10-15 days.
Based on availability of products in the inventory, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.

Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will be in the form of Cyahi Design Co. Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 60 days.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that Cyahi Design Co. has made for special occasions like Sale, End Of Season Sale, Stock Clearance, New Year's, Diwali, Christmas and Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
- Cancellations on customized products and designs will not be possible due to the nature of these products.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
At Cyahi Design Co. we believe in a transparent return policy. Should you choose to return a product (within 10 days of receiving it only), we can assist you in the following ways.
At Cyahi we process only exchanges/replacements and no direct refunds. Permitting the availability of inventory, exchanges can be processed up to 10 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email our Customer Care at email@example.com. The returned product should be in its original packaging and condition.
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as store credit which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
Call our Customer Service within 24 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can either call our Customer Service on 1800-21-29244 between 10.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. (IST), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your returns request is validated over phone, we will send you an email authorizing a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. To be eligible for the return, kindly use one of our associated courier partners to send us back the product. We must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. You are required to kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email.
After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a Cyahi Design Co. credit in the appropriate amount. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.
In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order you will receive a full refund to your bank account. For a COD order, you will receive a online store credit with Cyahi. Refund amount will be the full value of the order, without the shipping charge. Shipping charge is non-refundable.
- The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Cyahi Design Co.'s Quality Assurance Team.
- All items sold during a sale period, end of season sale, clearance sale, or special occasion are not eligible for any return or exchange. Such products are sold as final sale and sold as-is.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
- If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
