How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). In India, you can also use your credit or debit cards, net banking, payment wallets, UPI and EMI. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery payment option in most pin-codes across India.

You may receive a confirmation call from us when you place an order using the Cash-on-delivery method.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping is free within India for all orders.

A small convenience charge of Rs. 100/- is applicable all Cash on Delivery Orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we. ship only within India, and internationally in special cases. However, international shipping is in the pipeline very soon and we will keep you updated via our newsletter.

When will I receive the ordered products?

We process all orders with 2-3 working days and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Cyahi is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Estimated time for delivery during festival and sale season is 10-15 days.

Why have I received only a part of my order?

Based on availability of products in the inventory, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfil the remaining order at the earliest.


How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Refund on cancelled orders.

Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will be in the form of Store Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us at any convenient time.

Limitations on Cancellations:

  • No cancellations cane be processed for those products are purchased during special occasions like Sale, End Of Season Sale, Stock Clearance, New Year's, Diwali, Christmas and Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
  • Cancellations on customized products and designs are not be possible due to the nature of these products.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Care team. The request will, however, be serviced once our warehouse has received the item. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.


At Cyahi, we believe in a transparent return policy. Should you need to return or exchange, we can assist you in the following ways.

What is your return policy?

At Cyahi we process only exchanges/replacements and no direct refunds. Permitting the availability of inventory, exchanges can be processed up to 15 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please login to your account and head over to the Orders section and request a return or exchange. The returned product should be in its original packaging and condition.

How do you return?

Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is available in most locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.

Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as store credit which can be used for future purchase on our website.

What is the returns procedure?

Step 1 Login to My Account, head over to the Orders Section, you will see a “Return” Button beside all eligible orders.

Step 2 Once your returns request is approved, we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. We must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. You are required to kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email and reverse pickup email.

Step 3 After receiving the package and inspection, once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a store credit in the appropriate amount. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

What is your refund policy?

In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order you will receive a refund to your bank account. Shipping charges and Government taxes are not eligible for a refund or store credit. For a COD order, you will receive a online store credit with Cyahi.

  • The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Cyahi.
  • All items sold during a sale period, end of season sale, clearance sale, or special occasion are not eligible for any return or exchange. Such products are sold as final sale and sold as-is.
  • The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  • The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  • If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund.
  • Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website and there might be some variation in colour and texture.
