Where do you ship?
We within the US and Canada to any location serviced by USPS or Canada Post.
Please note—we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Use a valid residential or business address to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.
How long will it take to get my package?
All of our pieces are in stock and ready to ship and we process all orders within 1-3 business days!
US & Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

- Most couriers do not deliver on weekends.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are delivering to customers in US & Canada.
If you would like to place an order and don't see your country here, please send us an email to care@cyahi.com and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
What is the cost of shipping?
USA & Canada: We offer standard shipping 7-14 days transit time for free and in some cases we are able to offer expedited shipping (3-7 days) for an added fee.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
What is the return policy?
Please inspect the product immediately upon receiving your package. If you encounter any quality issues, kindly provide clear photos or videos. We will process a refund.
The store homepage provides clear product photos and videos and model images. Please review all information before deciding whether to place an order. If you need to return an item due to personal reasons such as dislike, dissatisfaction, or incorrect sizing, you will have to resend the product to us. We charge a restocking fee of $10 per returned item, which is adjusted in the refund amount. We will contact you upon receiving the package.
